In-App Workouts: Get ready to sweat with four, strength workouts per week with built-in mobility, meticulously crafted to challenge your muscles and ignite your metabolism.
Recipe Guide + Grocery List: You will be given (2) 4-week recipe guides with grocery list included so that you can support your body with proper nutrition during the challenge.
Weekly Educational Content: Here we will discuss a variety of content from goal setting, to mindset, nutrition basics, the importance of progressive overload, recovery and how to pull it all together. Printable PDF's included.
Community Connection: In-App exclusive community forum to connect with fellow challengers who will support, motivate, and inspire you every step of the way.
Weekly Q&A Zoom Call: to connect with fellow challenge members and answer any questions that may come up during the challenge.
